Use of image
In compliance with the provisions of Law 1/1982, of the 5th May, on the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one’s own image, we request your consent to allow Abat Oliba Foundation to reproduce all or part of the image of your child, captured during the celebration of the activities, courses and events organized by the center, respecting in all cases the rights recognized in said law. This authorization and the subsequent transfer of rights is free of charge and is carried out for the sole purpose of disseminating and/or promoting the activities carried out by Abat Oliba Foundation, as well as so that parents and/or guardians of those attending said activities can be aware of the progress of said activities, through the communication media, websites and social networks of Abat Oliba Foundation. Likewise, the images may also be used and displayed on school grounds, as well as in the yearbook, calendar, diaries and other publications edited by Abat Oliba Foundation.

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of physical person with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, we inform you that your data and that of your child/children obtained during the registration process for activities, courses and/or events organised by the centre will be processed under the responsibility of Abat Oliba Foundation, for the purpose of processing and managing said registration. Please be advised that profiling is not planned.
Abat Oliba Foundation informs that the indicated treatments are legitimized by the consent of the interested parties or, where appropriate, their legal representatives, granted with the registration of the student to the activities, courses and/or events.
Likewise, Abat Oliba Foundation informs you that the personal data contained in this registration will be kept for the duration of the legal relationship.
By signing the application, you expressly consent to the communication of your personal data and that of your child by the Abat Oliba Foundation to Foundations, Institutions and Centers, dependent on or linked to the Abat Oliba Foundation (*), for their own management purposes, as well as to be able to keep you informed of the activities and projects they carry out. Likewise, you consent to the communication of your data to third parties in charge of managing the activity in which you have registered only in those cases in which this communication is strictly necessary for the celebration of the same.
Please be advised that international data transfers are not planned.
We also request your consent to process your child’s health-related data, in order to be able to care for him/her if necessary and, in any case, to have a reference for any medications that may be administered, as well as to be able to proceed in the event of allergies.
