This Privacy Policy regulates the processing of data collected by the ABAT OLIBA CEU FUNDACIÓ (hereinafter, FAO) through this website (hereinafter, the website). FAO recommends that the User carefully read our Privacy Policy.     • Basis of legitimation: Legitimate interest of FAO consisting of improving our educational offer by directing students to those studies adapted to their personal characteristics and preferences. The User, in all cases, must be the owner thereof, enjoy the copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of the affected third parties. Any publication on the page, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., is expressly prohibited that violate or are likely to violate morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or that infringe, violate or violate intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image or the Law. Where does the personal data we process come from?

The data that FAO processes as a consequence of the interactions carried out by the user through our website come from the following sources:

How long do we keep your data?

The personal data provided will be kept for the period determined based on the following criteria:

FAO informs you that you have the following rights over your personal data:

FAO informs you that you may exercise your rights over your personal data through any of the following means:

In both cases, it is required to prove the identity of the person exercising their rights, by sending a copy of their DNI, NIE, Passport or equivalent document, on both sides. FAO will provide the requested information within a maximum period of one month from receipt of the request. This period may be extended for another two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of applications.

FAO informs you that you may file a claim with the Catalan Data Protection Authority (https://apdcat.gencat.cat/). However, in the first instance, you may file a claim with the Data Protection Officer, who will resolve the claim within a maximum period of two months.
